On May 27, 2025, in Hengshui City, recently, Hiabrub (Hengshui) Technology Co., Ltd. officially signed an O-ring procurement agreement with a core component enterprise for new energy vehicles. The two sides will carry out in-depth cooperation in the field of high-performance sealing parts. According to the agreement, our company will provide a total of 500,000 customized fluororubber O-rings for the motors and battery systems of its new energy vehicles. The first batch of orders was completed and delivered in mid-May. ​
The O-rings supplied this time are made of aerospace-grade fluororubber material and formed through 18 precise vulcanization processes. They have a wide temperature range adaptability from -40 ℃ to 250℃ and a hydraulic impact resistance strength of up to 30MPa. The product is optimized to meet the sealing requirements of high-speed motors in new energy vehicles. The dynamic friction coefficient is reduced by 22%, and it is expected to extend the service life of the motor system by more than 30%. ​
The supply chain director of the enterprise said, "The O-rings made of fluororubber perform outstandingly in terms of resistance to corona corrosion and anti-aging, solving our long-standing pain points in the sealing process of battery packs."
