These hoses usually adopt a multi-layer structure design. The inner layer is mostly made of materials resistant to chemical corrosion (such as nitrile rubber, fluorine rubber, etc.), ensuring the purity of the gas and preventing leakage; the middle layer is mostly a high-strength woven layer (such as polyester, steel wire), enhancing the pressure resistance, suitable for medium and high-pressure conditions (generally working pressure 10-30 MPa); the outer layer is a wear-resistant and aging-resistant protective sleeve, extending the service life.
When using, it is necessary to pay attention to matching with the gas properties, avoiding high temperatures and mechanical damage, and regularly checking the sealing performance to ensure safe and stable operation.
