KF vacuum corrugated metal hose is a flexible connection component specially designed for high vacuum environments. It combines the KF quick coupling standard with the excellent performance of metal corrugated tubes and is widely used in semiconductor manufacturing, vacuum coating, aerospace and other fields.

1. Size and specification
Common KF interface sizes: DN10, DN16, DN25, DN40, DN50, corresponding to the inner diameter of the corrugated pipe approximately 8-40mm, and the length can be customized (100-3000mm).
2. Pressure range
Static vacuum degree: 10⁻⁸ mbar (ultra-high vacuum) to atmospheric pressure;
Dynamic working pressure: -0.1MPa (full vacuum) to 1MPa, with some high-pressure models capable of withstanding up to 7MPa. The appropriate pressure resistance grade should be selected based on the peak pressure of the system.
3. Material selection
304 stainless steel: General-purpose, with good corrosion resistance;
316L stainless steel: Suitable for strong acid and strong alkali environments;
316Ti stainless steel: It has a stronger resistance to intergranular corrosion and is suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure scenarios
