Performance characteristics
Excellent wear resistance: The polyurethane elastomer has outstanding wear resistance. The wear test results are generally within the range of 0.03-0.2mm/m, which is about 3-5 times that of natural rubber, and can effectively resist the wear of particle materials, greatly extending the service life of the pipeline.
Good anti-scaling performance: The surface of the polyurethane elastomer is smooth, has no polarity, is non-hydrolyzable, and is hydrophilic externally, unable to form adsorption of ions such as Ca2+, CO32-, HCO3-, OH- in the slurry, preventing the formation of scale and having outstanding anti-scaling performance.
Strong corrosion resistance: The polyurethane elastomer has the performance of resisting corrosion by acids, alkalis, salts and seawater, and can be stably used in various corrosive environments, resisting the erosion of various chemical media.
Good low-temperature resistance: The polyurethane elastomer has good low-temperature resistance, with a brittle temperature very low, generally in -50℃ to -70℃, and some formula varieties have a brittle temperature lower than -70℃, suitable for application in the medium temperature range of -50℃ to +100℃.
Low operating resistance: The inner surface of the lining is smooth and transparent, the absolute roughness of the inner wall is 0.082, the friction coefficient is low, which can reduce the flow resistance of the medium during transportation, reduce energy consumption, and improve transportation efficiency.
